New Hampshire Getaways vacation rental is a great place to come and relax. Your New Hampshire vacation rental home includes:

To improve your stay please read the following information and guidelines.

Lake Ossipee Village rental home in Freedom, New Hampshire nestled in the foothills of the White Mountains with over an acre of privacy.

Rental Guidelines

First come first serve. We need at least 1/2 payment to reserve a week
Guest bring their own towels and sheets
Remove all trash from chalet and drop it at the recycling center (1/2 mile from chalet).
Please separate glass and cans from other refuse.
Never Leave Trash outside or in chalet.
You must leave chalet clean! We provide spray cleaner, dishwasher, vacuum, etc.
No pets allowed at beach club, but there are places for them to swim and run.
You must NOT think about work! You must RELAX!

Sheets (1 queen bed and up to 4 full size beds)
Towels
Toilet paper
Shampoo
Soap, etc.
Food & Bottled Water (there is a Hanneford supermarket on RT16 just before RT25),

Beach hours 9AM to 8PM
No Pets Allowed at Beach Club at Anytime
All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
No bottles or glassware of any kind are allowed at the beach
Aluminum cans must be disposed of in garbage cans provided (separate from other trash)
Take care to ensure no food, wrappers, cigarette butts and other refuse is left in sand
Canoes and small boats may be launched from far end of beach as long as they are less than 15 feet
No horseplay or pushing anyone off the raft
No portion of the beach club shall be used for any illegal activity
